Deposits are generally credited to your phlboss account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. phlboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phlboss will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlboss, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases, phlboss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlboss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phlboss's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your phlboss account by contacting our support team, subject to the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements).
phlboss reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, phlboss reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a confirmed breach, bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phlboss, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed operations, players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
phlboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlboss will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phlboss Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
